Tips for self help

Customers on Transactional SMS:

Document upload – Manage Items – New – Upload the Evidence (Any registration form or screen shot of customer list) – Save
SenderID Request – Once Document is approved, Manage Items – New – SenderID – Put the SenderID of exact 6 alphabet only – Save
Template Request – Manage Items – SenderID – Click on EYE – New – Put the template (Eg. Thanks Mr. [VARIABLE] for Payment of Rs. [VARIABLE]) – Save
API Key Request – Developer – API Keys – New – Save as blank. [if you want to restrict the API to be used from a specific IP, can put the IP in box.

Customers on Transactional SMS [Optin – Schools]:

Pl. sent a mail of new Numbers to support@prioritysms.com with your username and senderID
Numbers should be in excel, one number each line

Customers on Voice SMS:

upto 160 Characters = 1 SMS Credit
upto 306 Characters (153×2) = 2 SMS Credits
upto 459 Characters (153×3) = 3 SMS Credits
upto 612 Characters (153×4) = 4 SMS Credits
upto 765 Characters (153×5) = 5 SMS Credits
upto 918 Characters (153×6) = 6 SMS Credits
upto 1000 Characters (153×6)+(1×82) = 7 SMS Credits

Text SMS Credit Calculation – Unicode [Hindi and other languages]:
