Anti Spam Policy – Priority SMS
Customers are precious for us and we never want to lose them anyhow. Being a foremost name in the industry, Priority SMS believes in delivering relevant alerts and messages. We are strictly opposed to sending unsolicited SMS to the customers. Any evidence against registered user who is suspected for SMS spamming or not adhering to the given anti-spam policy will result in immediate termination or disconnection of Bulk SMS service which might also cause of freezing the user’s account. Priority SMS strictly does not consider misleading or SMS spamming, rather, we expect from our customers to establish cordial relationships with their users by sending them the informational and useful alert messages that make sense. We never allow the registered users to destroy our image by disappointing their customers through SMS spamming or abusing.
Note: To all the clients who are using our Bulk SMS service, we advise to follow the defined TRAI rules.
SMS prohibited to be sent:
- Marketing SMS to the persons without permission
- Gambling / Lottery / Betting
- MLM schemes
- Money Multiply offers
- Sex-related messages
- Illegal items
